Thank you for your application reference number BMVI/2022/SA/1.5.7/007 iSPoC+
analysis following the above call for expression of interest. DG HOME has assessed the
admissible proposals on the basis of the assessment criteria listed in the call text, and
your application has been selected.
Funding for the specific action as set out in Annex 1 will be added to your programme
CCI 2021EE65BVPR001 via an amendment. Annex 1 also gives you general guidance
on which sections of your BMVI programme will need to be adjusted to incorporate the
specific action. Annex 2 provides information on the distribution of the additional
allocation per year.
In order to proceed you are kindly requested to contact the responsible country desk
officer, Ms Silvia Orru (email: [email protected] ) to discuss the timing and
organisation of the amendment.

The specific action must be implemented by the Member States in accordance with the
BMVI Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/1148) and the Common Provisions Regulation
(Regulation (EU) 2021/1060).

Description of the action:
The objective of this specific action is to secure an effective implementation of the
provisions of the Schengen Information System (SIS) Regulations and implementing acts.
BMVI/2022/SA/1.5.7/003 - BMVI/2022/SA/1.5.7/007 - iSPoC+ analysis
The scope of this project is SIRENE bureau business processes analysis and system
analysis of the application. As a result of the project, SIRENE bureau processes are
analyzed and documented. The possibilities for automation of business processes will be
mapped, therefore the analysis serves as a base Document for further development of the
system.
Once the Appendix 3 becomes available in SFC, you will have the opportunity to amend
the output and result indicators (Section 2.1.2 Tables 1 and 2) of Specific Objective 1
and adjust the performance methodology paper in case needed to align its content with
the amended indicators.
